Committed to life long learning, I continue to update myself through Thomas Leonard's Coachville and the Graduate School of Coaching, along with other resources and classes. I am a member of Coachville and the International Association of Coaches. To update my training in corporate issues, I have gone through Professional Asssociation trainings such as APICS (Educational Society for Resource Management) certification and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).

I am fortunate to live with my loving, supportive husband in the beautiful horse country of Central Kentucky. The Bluegrass area here around Lexingtion is just as gorgeous as it appears on the post cards.

I am fortunate that my mother is still with us. She is a fascinating woman, with a life that could have easily been a best selling novel. Even though we live far away, we do talk often. It is amazing how the older you get the more you realize how important your parents are to you. You are able to get past the parenting for awhile and just enjoy them as people. I have a wonderful step dad who loves us. My own father passed away some years ago after a long, hard struggle with cancer. (I still miss him everyday.)

Every life needs some fun. For me fun comes in many forms. I love to laugh, so humor is very important to me.

I also love art and architecture. There was a time in my younger life that I seriously wanted to be an archeologist. Living in a part of the country that is rich in natural beauty keeps me inspired. When we travel, whether it is the Mountains or the Islands, I find inspiration in all that is around me. I call this "Shared Spirit Inspiration".

I am in the process of putting my Shared Spirit Inspirations into a Gallery of work to share with everyone. My work is in various mediums, with items aquired and found, old and new. It hurts my soul to throw perfectly good things away, so I turn them into 'art'. I find passion in wood, clay, stone and metal. My 'Spirit' art embodies ideas and dreams as ancient and current as any tribe of man. I hope you enjoy my creations.

I am licensed to teach the Toleration Free program, the Perfect Life program, Communications Styling Profile, Team 100 acessments and Principles of Attraction programs, among others.

My son, the light of my life, has choosen a school nearly a thousand miles away to obtain his college degree. (Yes, I know about Empty Nesting!)
